At Yarn Fusion, every plushie is made with love—and every customer matters just as much! I want your experience to be as cozy and joyful as the plushies themselves.

If you ever have a question, concern, or need help with your order, here’s how I can help:

  • You can message me directly through Instagram, Etsy, or email (whichever you ordered through).

  • I’ll usually respond within 1–3 business days (often sooner!)

  • If something isn’t right, please reach out within 3 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to make it right.
     

A few things to keep in mind:

  • I’m a one-person handmade business, so thank you for your patience during busy times.

  • I keep you updated on custom order progress and shipping as much as possible.

  • I truly care about your happiness and will always treat you with kindness and respect—and I hope for the same in return! 💛
