Custom Order Policies

All custom orders require a deposit, starting at 30%, which goes toward the total cost of your plushie.

Final pricing depends on the size, complexity, and materials needed for your custom design.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they help cover the cost of materials and the time spent creating your plushie.

Production time is 2–6 weeks, depending on your design and material availability. I’ll keep you updated along the way!

Shipping fees will be calculated once your plushie is complete.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

Your plushie will be shipped with USPS tracking. Once shipped, Yarn Fusion is no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused during transit or by customs. USPS should be contacted upon any transit complications.

Since each plushie is handmade, minor variations may occur—that’s part of the charm of getting something totally unique!
