By purchasing from Yarn Fusion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

Handmade Nature of Items

• All items are handmade and may have slight variations in size, color, or shape.

• These unique differences are part of the charm and ensure each plushie is truly one-of-a-kind.

 

Custom Orders

• A non-refundable deposit (minimum 30%) is required to begin any custom order.

• Final pricing will be determined based on the size, complexity, and materials required.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

• Custom order turnaround time is typically 3–6 weeks, depending on workload and material availability.

 

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Ready-to-ship plushies will be processed and mailed out within 1 week of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

• Yarn Fusion is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers

  • Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

• Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Yarn Fusion cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or delayed items.

• All payments must be completed prior to shipping.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
