By purchasing from Yarn Fusion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Handmade Nature of Items

All items are handmade and may have slight variations in size, color, or shape.

These unique differences are part of the charm and ensure each plushie is truly one-of-a-kind.
Custom Orders

A non-refundable deposit (minimum 30%) is required to begin any custom order.

Final pricing will be determined based on the size, complexity, and materials required.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before shipping.

Custom order turnaround time is typically 3–6 weeks, depending on workload and material availability.
Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship plushies will be processed and mailed out within 1 week of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.

Yarn Fusion is not responsible for:

Shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers

Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

Once a package has been handed over to USPS, Yarn Fusion cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost or delayed items.
Payments

All payments must be completed prior to shipping.

Deposits are non-refundable.
